Amy Feinberg, Operations and Member Services Manager, TASH

Amy Feinberg joined TASH in August 2011.  As Operations and Member Services Manager, she handles the day-to-day business operations and provides support for various projects and events. Amy is also an integral part of chapter development, serving as the staff liaison to support chapters. Amy is the primary contact for all general inquiries about TASH, and plays a significant role in maintaining positive relationships with members and the community.

Amy holds a Masters of Public Health Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., and a Bachelors of Science in Public Health Education from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). 
Amy came to TASH with an appreciation for advocacy. Amy has participated in public policy and advocacy efforts in public health on both the federal and state levels. She holds strong values on human rights issues and is committed to an open-minded approach to learning about the disability community.
Outside of her role at TASH, Amy is active in her community. For more than five years she has served as a Girl Scout Leader, working with girls in elementary school through high school. She also volunteers as an adult literacy tutor with the Literacy Tutors of America. In her spare time, Amy enjoys the challenge of a crossword puzzle and the company of her cat, Daisy. Amy grew up in and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
